You upload your pet image via our upload box on the Buy Now/Add To Cart section and include your chosen text inside the text box or in the notes when you go to checkout.
Upload a clear image of your pet, preferably with a clear image of the face.
We will edit the image as besst as we can, to fit and improve the aesthetics for a fitting memorial to your beloved pet.
Add your pets name and dates to your design.
**Could be the date your pet was born or you received your pet and the passing date, or just years and months if this is easier. Remember, this item is a personal memorial so if you wish for something other than names and dates, please state in the customer notes at checkout. **
We will take your image and text and create a fitting tribute to your lost companion in a stunning laser engraved, personalised memorial, immortalised in glass.

We thank you for showing interest in this product but we must inform you of some things we find important that you should be made aware of with 3d printing and finished products.

3D Printing involves printing items, one layer at a time.

Finished items will show visible lines. (This is due to the process and un-avoidable. please see image) this is totally normal.

We usually print at fine quality levels to reduce the lines but this means it takes longer to complete the item. Please Be Patient.

We will never send out an item that we are not happy with, that re-printing can't remedy (We will inform you if re-printing is needed)
