Before You Start A Refund Claim, PLEASE READ.

We utilise FDM printers for our 3d printed items. The process is simply, building up an item, one layer at a time.

Because of this, lines will be visible in all 3d printed items, unless they have been subjected to a lot of post processing.

We cannot do much post processing to lithophanes (3D Photographs) as it could reduce the quality of the image depicted.

The lines are not a fault or damage, they are perfeclty normal for this process.

Therfore, we will not accept refunds for visible linesas a fault, sorry.

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, please enclose a note and your original invoice in the return package. On the note, kindly state reason for return.

Please do not send your purchase back if your item has been personlised with images or information, chosen by yourself or purchaser at time of sale. 

If your item is broken, send images of broken item, plus the condition of packaging, so we can identify possible issues with our delivery options and then email them with your invoice number to us at: returns@creopop.co.uk

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return/email is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item/email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1-2 days of receiving your item/emails.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Unless so stated, sale items qualify for full refunds

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Pre-Printed Items: If you purchased a pre-printed item, and it arrived damaged, we will need to print another one for you. We will email you, when this is done and will send it out as soon as possible.

If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

 

Returns Posting

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
