We, technically, never close, unless we are on holiday. However, we do have full time jobs to pay the bills, so we have messaging and a phone number, where you can leave messages at any time, day, night, weekends etc.

We will endeavour to respond as soon as we are physically able to do so.

Some may see this as a disadvantage but we see it as an advantage.

We can be working late at night, weekends, holidays (Unless we go somewhere) evenings or early mornings, whereas other places will have strict work hours that are adhered to.

3D Printing is still quite a slow process and requires constant monitoring, to ensure things are working as they should be, so even if we are not working, we will be monitoring.

Deliveries

Deliveries

We use Royal mail 24 and 48 hour, tracked deliveries, for all of our items.

We aim to send out parcels for pre-printed items, the same day, if ordered before 12pm Mon-Fri

Not including Holidays, strikes or extreme weather conditions. As these are beyond our control.

Customised items, will be sent on or the day after, the day they have finished and we are happy with the results. (We will keep you informed throughout)

Royal Mail aim to deliver Tracked 24® the next working day however they can take up to 2 working days and Tracked 48®  can be expected in around 2-3 working days.

We will inform you of when your item/s have been sent and we will send you the tracking number (Via Email), so you can monitor it’s progress.

**PLEASE NOTE**

We ship to Isle of Man and Channel Islands at no extra cost but as they need to sent by boat/ship, they can and often do, get delayed. Please respect that this is betond our control, so expect your delivery at least one day longer than it should.

e.g 24 Hour Is 24 hours after leaving us, so expect it to take 2-3 days

We offer you the option to come and collect your item/s from us directly. Just choose collection on the basket page and we will be in touch to aarange a date, suitable for us both.

We also offer FREE delivery, this can be either, via a coupon or, you spend more than £55 in one basket, if this is the case, free delivery will be automatically chosen.

This will be via Royal Mail 48 hr Tracked.
